Well, we had the PaverPol day, and Lorna was a GREAT instructor! What a treat it was for me to NOT have to organize anything, just show up and be a student. Ladies, feel free to teach a class in my studio ANY TIME!!!!
I really don’t like this product, not sure why. Maybe it’s because I think I could make anything (that I’d make with PaverPol) better and faster and more easily with clay, and I have clay and I have a Kiln.
Anyway, had a wonderful day with the ladies, laughed and chatted and had a yummy lunch, and a drink in the sun at the end of the day, so all in all, a most excellent experience.
I forgot to take pics while the ladies were here, so I can only show you the fish I made. I’m calling it finished because I can’t be bothered to do anything else with it.
Honestly, it’s just me that doesn’t get this product – the other three made fabulous things:
Lorna made a teacup, with a gangly-legged and -armed figure sitting in the cup – really playful and fun.
Susanne made a busty, booty-licious headless armless figure – tres sexy.
Lou made a turtle with lots of detail on the platelets, using ocean colors, very cool.
Still love your fish and dream of what it would look like with scales and glitter infused paint .. Loved the day
Love the fish… it will be awesome when the paverpol goes on
Have had a Paverpol day and also enjoyed. Mine is sitting on my deck.
Like the fish.
