Fresh Batch Out Of The Kiln

Here’s the latest stuff out of the kiln.  This is a wonderfully BIG batch, as I read that, when bisque firing, you can stack things on top of each other – who knew??

I thought that those little heart bowls might be cool, in a smaller version, as something you could wear.  Maybe push the end of a scarf through it, wrap the scarf around your neck, and you’re wearing a small piece of art….  What do you think?

I’ve been putting words on some of these pieces, and each time I’d decide to stamp one, I’d paw through my letters, assemble the word, test it (’cause YIKES it’s easy to print backwords!), and then eventually put all my letters back on their shelf.  VERY time consuming.  Then I had an epiphany – make a few words, masking tape them in place, and name them – soooooooooooo much easier to use!

I think they would make wonderful stocking stuffers, if you decide to sell stuff at the craft fair you mentioned.
