So, I was responsible for providing the Christmas Crackers for Christmas Dinner at Debbie and Dave’s. Now, Debbie LOVES those dorky little paper hats that come in the cracker and everyone MUST wear them! Which of course, looks hilarious, and everyone complies with pleasure (right, Daryl?). So, I decide that I’ll make the Crackers; I mean, how hard can that be, right? Uhhh, well, actually, kinda hard…I had the “snappers”, I had the empty Toilet Paper Rolls, I bought little doo-dads to put in the crackers, but when I assembled them, they just looked pathetic. OK, scratch that. I bought beautiful Crackers…..but gah, they just weren’t quite right. Then I found “Twister” Crackers! Cool!! Bought them, as well. And I put all the doo-dads into little Christmas Goody Bags. Also Cool! But the hats….mmmmm, it’s just not enough to wear those flimsy little paper hats, sooooooooooooo I made 13, yes that’s right THIRTEEN hats for all of us to wear – Taaa Daaaaaa!!
